What is the purpose of this trial?

We are conducting this study to test if the new Toolkit depression module is accessible and helpful for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) in decreasing depression severity.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults (18+) who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, can read and speak English, show at least mild symptoms of depression, and have access to the internet.

Inclusion Criteria

I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
I am at least 18 years old.

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

2-4 weeks

Treatment

Participants receive access to the My MS Toolkit for depression self-management for 4 months

16 weeks
3 online surveys

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for changes in depressive symptoms, sleep disturbance, fatigue, pain intensity, anxiety, and social participation

4 weeks
