Budesonide + Formoterol for Asthma

This trial examines the safety and effectiveness of two different inhaler formulas for children with asthma. The study involves two treatments: Budesonide, a corticosteroid, and Formoterol, a long-acting bronchodilator, both delivered through inhalers. It aims to understand how the body absorbs these medicines. Children who have had asthma for at least three months and are on a stable asthma treatment might be suitable candidates. Participants will use each inhaler in different sequences to determine which works better. As a Phase 1 trial, the research focuses on understanding how the treatment functions in people, offering participants a chance to contribute to early-stage medical research.

The trial requires that you stay on a stable dose of your current asthma medication for at least 4 weeks before starting. If you're on a medication not listed in the trial's criteria, you might need to change it.
