In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB142 and how it is processed in the body. This is the first time that researchers will learn about BIIB142 and how it affects people. The main question researchers want to answer in this study is: • How many participants have adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs)? An AE is a health problem that may or may not be caused by a drug during the study. An AE is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. Researchers will also learn more about: • How the body processes BIIB142 This is a "dose escalation study." This is a study in which increasing amounts of the study drug are given to different groups of participants. This is done until researchers find the highest dose that does not cause harmful effects. First, participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 28 days. This study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. During Part A: * Participants will be randomly placed into 1 of 6 groups to receive a single dose of either BIIB142 or a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants in Groups 1 through 5 will take either BIIB142 or the placebo without food. Participants in Group 6 will take 2 doses of their assigned treatment - once with food and once without food. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants will receive BIIB142 or the placebo. * Participants will stay at their study research center for 5 days. They will return for another 4 visits. Each participant in Part A will be in the study for up to 58 days. During Part B: * Participants will be randomly placed into 1 of 3 groups to receive BIIB142 or the placebo. In Part B, participants will take BIIB142 or the placebo once a day for 14 days. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants will receive BIIB142 or the placebo. * Participants will stay at their study research center for 16 days. They will return for another 4 visits. Each participant in Part B will be in the study for up to 58 days.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a single dose of the study drug, JST-010, is safe and tolerable when administered by injection into the arm or thigh muscle of healthy men and women aged 18 to 55. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is a single injection of JST-010 safe? * What is the concentration of the JST-01 in the blood over time? * Do antibodies to JST-010 develop following a dose of JST-010? Researchers will compare JST-010 to Placebo to see if there are any differences in the safety and tolerability of a single dose at different dose levels. Participants will be confined to the clinic for the first 3 days. They will receive an injection on the second day, and then return for 9 more visits over the period of 1 year for: * Physical exam with vital signs * Electro-cardiogram (ECG) * Bood collection for clinical labs and research samples * Urine sample * Assessment of potential adverse effects and medications taken

In this study, researchers will learn how the body processes litifilimab when it is given under the skin in 3 different ways. Currently, ongoing studies utilize pre-filled syringes (PFS) that can deliver litifilimab subcutaneously (SC), also known as under the skin. In this study, researchers want to learn more about new ways of delivering litifilimab SC using either an autoinjector (AI) or an on-body injector (OBI): Both devices are designed to deliver litifilimab in an automatic way, especially helping patients who may not be able to use their hands very well, or who may be afraid of needles. While the AI is handheld, the OBI device works by being placed on the skin and can help deliver the highest amount of litifilimab through a single injection. The main objective of this study is to learn how the body processes litifilimab after using the AI device or the OBI device, as compared to using the PFS method. The main questions researchers want to answer are: * What is the highest amount of litifilimab found in the blood after dosing? How much total litifilimab is found in the blood throughout the study? Researchers will also learn more about: Any medical problems the participants have during the study * Any injection site pain or reactions the participants may have. Any skin reactions to the OBI device * Any changes in the participants' overall health after receiving litifilimab. This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 4 weeks, after which selected participants will check into their study research center. * Participants will be randomly assigned to be in Part 1 or Part 2 of the study: * Part 1: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through either the AI device or through PFS. * Part 2: Participants will receive SC injection(s) of litifilimab through the OBI device or through PFS. * Participants will remain at their study research center for the first 8 days. After that, there will be a follow-up period for 17 weeks during which participants return to the center a total of 6 times. Each participant will be in the study for about 22 weeks.

This phase I pilot trial studies how well atezolizumab, pemetrexed disodium, cisplatin, and surgery with or without radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-III pleural malignant mesothelioma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Pemetrexed disodium may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving atezolizumab, pemetrexed disodium, and cisplatin before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Giving atezolizumab after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells.

This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open-label study to assess safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of cabozantinib taken in combination with atezolizumab in subjects with multiple tumor types, including advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC) (including bladder, renal pelvis, ureter, urethra), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), ovarian cancer (OC), endometrial cancer (EC), hepatocellular cancer (HCC), gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer/lower esophageal cancer (GC/GEJC/LEC), colorectal cancer (CRC), head and neck (H\&N) cancer, and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). The study consists of two stages: in the Dose Escalation Stage, an appropriate recommended cabozantinib dose for the combination with standard dosing regimen of atezolizumab will be established; in the Expansion Stage, tumor-specific cohorts will be enrolled in order to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination treatment in these tumor indications. Three exploratory single-agent cabozantinib (SAC) cohorts may also be enrolled with UC, NSCLC, or CRPC subjects. One exploratory single-agent atezolizumab (SAA) cohort may also be enrolled with CRPC subjects. Subjects enrolled in the SAC cohorts and SAA cohort may receive combination treatment with both cabozantinib and atezolizumab after they experience radiographic progressive disease per the Investigator per RECIST 1.1. Due to the nature of this study design, some tumor cohorts may complete enrollment earlier than others.
