Balanced Progressive Intensity Training for Physical Fitness

This prospective, multi-site, single-arm interventional study evaluates the 5-Line Principle of Balanced Progressive Intensity Training (BPIT) over 5 weeks in healthy adults aged 18-65 years. All participants receive supervised BPIT sessions (3-5 per week) progressing through five intensity lines defined by anatomical landmarks and ground reaction force: Ground-Based (Low) Knee-Level (Low-Moderate) Standing (Moderate) Head-Level (Moderate-High) Plyometric (High-Impact) The study aims to quantify improvements in functional movement efficiency, joint mobility, postural control, strength adaptation, and heart-rate variability while monitoring safety and individual overload indicators.

DG1 Spectacle Lens for Near-sightedness

Powell, Ohio
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the DG1 spectacle lens for myopia progression control in children. * To assess if the DG1 lens will slow the progression of myopia through an adjusted mean difference (e.g., age and baseline SER) of approximately 0.75D in cycloplegic spherical equivalent autorefraction refractive error compared to single-vision (SV) spectacles over the study period. * To assess if DG1 lens will slow the progression of myopia through an adjusted mean difference (e.g., age and baseline SER) of approximately 0.3mm in axial elongation compared to SV over the study period. The clinical trial will compare DG1 spectacle lens to single vision spectacle lens. Participants will wear spectacle lenses and return for visits at regularly scheduled intervals through a 36-month follow up visit. All subjects who complete the 36-month visit will continue in the study for an additional 12 months for the rebound evaluation.

This trial is testing special contact lenses called MiSight 1 Day to see if they can slow down worsening nearsightedness in children. The study will also check if the benefits last after stopping the treatment. The lenses work by changing how light enters the eye to slow down eye growth. Palliative Care Delivery Methods for Advanced Cancer

This trial studies the delivery of the ENABLE palliative care program by two different methods called a Virtual Learning Collaborative or Technical Assistance for patients with advanced cancer and their caregivers. Palliative care is specialized medical care for people with a serious illness that occurs at the same time as other medical treatment. The purpose of palliative care is to provide relief from symptoms and stress of serious illness, to help patients and their families clarify goals of care, and to focus on social support and spiritual well-being. The focus of the ENABLE palliative care program is on living well, managing stress, patient communication of their personal values and hopes for care, social support, and symptom management. This study may help doctors find the best ways to include palliative care services into their practices and the impact of palliative care on cancer patients and their caregivers' quality of life.

Ramipril for Memory Loss in Glioblastoma Patients

Targeted Therapy Screening for Lung Cancer

This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. In addition, the protocol includes non-match sub-studies which will include all screened patients not eligible for any of the biomarker-driven sub-studies.

Frexalimab for Multiple Sclerosis

The purpose of this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study is to determine the efficacy of frexalimab in delaying the disability progression and the safety up to approximately 51 months administration of study intervention compared to placebo in male and female participants with nrSPMS (aged 18 to 60 years at the time of enrollment). People diagnosed with nrSPMS are eligible for enrollment as long as they meet all the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. Study details include: This event-driven study will have variable duration ranging from approximately 27 to 51 months. The study intervention duration will vary ranging from approximately 27 to 51 months. The number of scheduled visits will be up to 27 (including 3 follow-up visits) with a visit frequency of every month for the first 6 months and then every 3 months.
