Inclusion Criteria

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Treatment

Dorsal root electrical stimulation is applied during selective dorsal rhizotomy surgery to assess its effect on spasticity

In session during the surgery

Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment

Trial Overview

The study tests whether using a device to deliver electrical stimulation to the dorsal root nerves can help reduce muscle stiffness in children with cerebral palsy. Devices used include the Constant Current Stimulator and Cadwell Guardian System.
