What is the purpose of this trial?
The objective of this study is to compare the Magneto 150 holmium laser to the current MOSES 2.0 technology to see if there is a benefit in decreased hemostasis time intraoperatively.

This trial is for people with bothersome urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate who are scheduled to have HoLEP surgery. Participants need internet access and a device to complete online questionnaires.Inclusion Criteria

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial
Treatment
Participants undergo the HoLEP procedure using either the Moses 2.0 or Magneto 150 holmium laser

Trial Overview
The study compares two types of holmium lasers, Magneto 150 and Moses 2.0, used during HoLEP surgery for enlarged prostate, to see which one reduces bleeding time better. Patients are randomly assigned to either laser group.
