Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults with advanced cancer who may benefit from extra support and monitoring of their symptoms. Participants should be able to use electronic devices for remote check-ins and telehealth visits.

Inclusion Criteria

I am fully active or able to care for myself but unable to work.
I was diagnosed with metastatic cancer within the last 12 weeks and see a participating oncologist.
Able to speak English or Spanish

Exclusion Criteria

I have cognitive impairment and need someone to help make medical decisions for me.

Trial Overview

The study is testing whether regular online questionnaires, physical exams, and telehealth appointments can improve supportive care for people with advanced cancer compared to usual care.
