Trial Overview
The study is testing a smartphone app called Antshrike to see how accurately it can predict the chance of having a heart attack or stroke within the next 3-4 days in high-risk individuals.
How Is the Trial Designed?

Treatment groups
Experimental Treatment
Participants wear the smartwatch throughout the day for 18 months other than when the smartwatch needs to be removed for charging or if the sensors fail. The study participant will be asked to follow instructions on the watch to manage.
