Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for women aged 18 or older who have recently given birth and are experiencing high blood pressure related to pregnancy. They must already be taking nifedipine, still have high blood pressure, and need a second medication. Participants must speak English.Inclusion Criteria

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Participants receive nifedipine and either enalapril or labetalol for postpartum hypertension management

Trial Overview
The study compares two combinations of blood pressure medicines after childbirth: one group gets nifedipine with enalapril, the other gets nifedipine with labetalol. The goal is to see which combination controls blood pressure better.
