Screening

Participants receive either a single long axis thrust manipulation or a sham long axis thrust mobilization
Follow-up
Participants are monitored for immediate and 24-hour post-intervention effects

Trial Overview
The study compares two types of upper neck (C1-C2) manual therapies to see their immediate effects on head posture, atlas bone position, and a specific neck muscle using ultrasound. Participants are randomly assigned to the interventions.
