What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This trial explores how two Akashic Records sessions might affect mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, and low mood. It also examines whether these sessions can enhance resilience (the ability to bounce back) and a sense of connectedness to oneself and others. Participants will engage in online video sessions with a licensed clinician and complete surveys about their mood before and after the sessions. Adults who have experienced stress, anxiety, or low mood in the past year and feel comfortable discussing emotions may be suitable candidates. The researchers aim to determine if this spiritual approach could serve as a helpful, low-risk option for emotional support. As an unphased trial, this study provides a unique opportunity to explore a novel spiritual approach to emotional well-being.

Will I have to stop taking my current medications?

You don't have to stop taking your current medications, but they should be stable for 3 months before joining the study, and you shouldn't plan to start, stop, or change them during the study.

What prior data suggests that Akashic Records sessions are safe for mental health?

Research has shown that Akashic Records sessions are generally safe, with little evidence of negative effects. Participants often report positive experiences, such as gaining insight and feeling more connected.

No significant risks are linked to Akashic Records. Concerns about danger usually stem from myths and misinformation. The sessions focus on enlightenment and personal growth, which many find helpful.

Licensed clinicians will lead the study sessions, adding safety and support. Participants can discuss strong emotions with these professionals, who can provide referrals if needed. This setup ensures that the sessions offer a low-risk way to explore mental health and personal development.12345

Why are researchers excited about this trial?

Researchers are excited about Akashic Records Sessions for mental health because they offer a unique, holistic approach compared to traditional treatments like medication or talk therapy. Unlike standard options that often focus on symptom management, Akashic Records Sessions aim to access a person's spiritual records to provide insights and healing from a deeper, more personal level. Delivered virtually by licensed clinicians, these sessions could offer a convenient and accessible way to address mental health issues, potentially leading to transformative insights and improvements in well-being.

What evidence suggests that Akashic Records sessions might be an effective treatment for mental health?

Research suggests that Akashic Records sessions might improve mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. In this trial, participants will receive two Akashic Records sessions: one 90-minute session and one 50-minute session, delivered virtually by a licensed clinician. These sessions aim to offer insights that help individuals better understand their personal challenges and emotions. Some believe these sessions connect to a spiritual support system, potentially boosting feelings of resilience and connection to oneself and others. Although scientific evidence is limited, many participants report feeling more at peace and gaining valuable insights after these sessions. Overall, while not extensively studied, Akashic Records sessions appear to be a promising, low-risk option for emotional support.678910
