Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for physically active individuals who have maintained a stable weight in the past six months. It's not suitable for pregnant or nursing women, those with a BMI over 40, sleep apnea, recent surgery, diabetes, severe hypertension, respiratory diseases other than asthma, major cardiovascular events or liver/kidney disease.

Inclusion Criteria

Physically active (> 1,000 MET/min/wk) for at least six months
Weight stable for previous 6 months (+/-2.5 kg)

Exclusion Criteria

Participants must not be pregnant, plan to become pregnant during the study, or be nursing
I am not taking any medications or supplements that could affect the study.

Participants are monitored for changes in arterial stiffness, muscle morphology, and performance after treatment
