This trial is for adults who have constipation and want to try a health or wellness product aimed at improving their digestive health. People with certain medical conditions or those taking medications that affect digestion may not be able to join.Inclusion Criteria

Trial Overview
The study compares an active GI health product against a placebo (inactive substance) to see if the product helps relieve constipation. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two groups, and neither they nor the researchers know which group they're in.
