What is the purpose of this trial?

This study is being done to determine the feasibility and acceptability of Healing Gardens, a standalone mobile health serious game designed to deliver pain-CBT and cancer pain education to help patients with advanced cancer manage chronic pain.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for adults with advanced cancer who are experiencing ongoing pain. Participants should be able to use a mobile device and engage with a digital game designed to help manage their pain.

Inclusion Criteria

Own/use a compatible device (e.g., smartphone, laptop)
I have had cancer-related pain averaging more than 4 out of 10 in the past two weeks.
I have advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer and am being treated or supported at DFCI.

Exclusion Criteria

My pain is mainly from surgery I had in the past 2 weeks.
I have finished cancer treatment and am not currently receiving any for advanced cancer.
I do not have cognitive problems that would prevent me from joining the study.
