What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of this study is to examine how binge eating episodes are recorded using two different diary formats: a paper diary and an electronic diary and to see whether both formats collect information in the same way and to understand which of the two formats is easier to use

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

Inclusion Criteria

I am over 18 years old.
I have been diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder by a mental health professional.
Reported frequency of minimum of 2 binge episodes per week

Exclusion Criteria

Comorbid psychiatric conditions requiring immediate hospitalization as assessed with MSE
Inability to read or write in English
I am unable to use a smartphone or paper diary because of physical or technical limitations.
