What is the purpose of this trial?
The study aims to evaluate the effect of acoramidis on cardiac functional and structural improvement in participants with ATTR-CM.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for adults aged 18 to 80 with a confirmed diagnosis of ATTR-CM (a type of heart disease caused by amyloid buildup), who have stable, mild heart failure and good kidney function. Participants must not have had recent worsening of their condition.Inclusion Criteria
