This trial is for adults with pulmonary hypertension caused by interstitial lung disease. Participants should have a confirmed diagnosis and stable condition. People with other serious heart or lung diseases, recent major health events, or certain medication use may not be eligible.Inclusion Criteria

Trial Overview
The study tests an inhaled drug called Mosliciguat (delivered via dry powder inhaler) compared to a placebo. Participants are randomly assigned to either group, and neither they nor the researchers know which treatment they're getting.
