What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This is a Phase 3 trial to compare SRG-514 (active pharmaceutical ingredient \[API\]: ketorolac) administered intraoperatively to the tumor resection cavity with standard-of-care (SOC) versus SOC alone in participants with clinical stage II-III triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) undergoing breast-conserving surgery (BCS) who are neoadjuvant therapy naïve.

Inclusion Criteria

I have triple-negative breast cancer confirmed by current guidelines.
I have cancer in both breasts or in multiple areas, with each area confirmed by diagnosis.
I am scheduled for breast-conserving surgery to cure my breast cancer soon.

Exclusion Criteria

I am having immediate breast reconstruction using tissue from another part of my body.
I expect to need a drain after my breast-conserving surgery.
My cancer is at stage IV.
