Obicetrapib + Ezetimibe for Diabetes

Research has shown that taking obicetrapib with ezetimibe can significantly lower LDL cholesterol, often referred to as "bad" cholesterol. One study demonstrated that this combination reduced LDL cholesterol by nearly 50% compared to a placebo. In this trial, participants may receive either the combination of obicetrapib and ezetimibe or obicetrapib alone, which has also been shown to lower LDL cholesterol by about 33%. Lowering LDL is crucial because high levels can lead to heart problems.
