What is the purpose of this trial?
The Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Clinical Trial Platform (PTP) is a multi-center, multi-regimen clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of investigational products for the treatment of PSP.
Regimen A will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a single study drug, AADvac1, in participants with PSP.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for people diagnosed with possible or probable Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) Richardson's Syndrome, who have had symptoms for 5 years or less. Participants must be able to walk at least 10 steps with minimal help, have good mental function, and live at home or in the community.Inclusion Criteria

- AADvac1
Trial Overview
The study is testing AADvac1, an experimental drug, compared to a placebo in people with PSP. The goal is to see if AADvac1 is safe and effective. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo.
