What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

The purpose of the study is to learn more about an experimental drug bimekizumab that may be helpful for Pyoderma Gangrenosum (PG). Bimekizumab will be referred to as the study drug throughout this form. The investigators are hoping to find out if bimekizumab helps in healing PG wounds. The study drug is experimental. It has been approved by the FDA for use in adults with psoriatic conditions but not for Pyoderma Gangrenosum (PG).

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

Inclusion Criteria

I am willing to have up to four skin biopsies during the study.
I am at least 18 years old or of legal consenting age.
I have at least one ulcer between 4cm² and 225cm² in size.

Exclusion Criteria

I currently have symptoms of herpes simplex infection.
Clinically significant drug or alcohol abuse within last 6 months before baseline visit
Clinically significant abnormal lab results at screening including neutrophil count <1500 cells/µL, lymphocyte count <500 cells/µL, platelet count <100,000 cells/µL, AST/ALT/alkaline phosphatase >2x upper limit normal, hemoglobin <10 g/dL, serum creatinine ≥1.5 mg/dL, white blood cells <3500 cells/µL
