What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This multicenter center, open-label, baseline-controlled diagnostic imaging study designed to assess the use of Fluorthanatrace-Positron Emission tomography (FTT-PET) as a PARP inhibitor (PARPi) therapy predictive imaging biomarker and the use of EnhanceAR-Seq (ctDNA) in predicting response to therapy and to identify genomic alterations associated with resistance. Furthermore, to correlate changes in ctDNA and imaging (FTT-PET and standard of care imaging) to understand the dynamics of tumor response.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for people with metastatic prostate cancer. Participants should be adults who are able to undergo PET/CT scans and blood tests, and are candidates for PARP inhibitor therapy.

Inclusion Criteria

Lesion size of at least 1.0 cm in longest dimension by imaging or clearly detected on other imaging studies if non-measurable
Serum PSA of 2 ng/mL or greater
I have advanced prostate cancer with HRR mutations and will start PARP inhibitor treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

I have previously been treated with a PARP inhibitor.
I do not have any other active cancers except non-melanoma skin cancer.
I cannot tolerate about 30 minutes of PET/CT imaging.

What Are the Treatments Tested in This Trial?

Trial Overview

The study is testing whether a special PET scan (FTT-PET) and a blood test that looks at tumor DNA (ctDNA via EnhanceAR-Seq) can predict how well patients will respond to PARP inhibitor treatment.
