What is the purpose of this trial?

The goal of this Phase 2 clinical trial is to investigate the safety and tolerability of SUN-627 in men and women aged 18-70 years old with a diagnosis of non-active SPMS/PPMS.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

This trial is for men and women aged 18-70 who have been diagnosed with non-active secondary progressive or primary progressive multiple sclerosis (SPMS/PPMS).

Inclusion Criteria

A level of disability that fits the study requirements
My multiple sclerosis has gotten worse over time.
I have primary progressive or non-active secondary progressive MS.

Exclusion Criteria

Current participation in another research study
Certain serious or unstable medical conditions that could make the study unsafe
I have used or need to use specific medications or treatments during the study.

What Are the Treatments Tested in This Trial?

Interventions

  • SUN-627

Trial Overview

The study is testing a new drug called SUN-627 compared to a placebo. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the drug or an inactive substance, and researchers will monitor safety and how well people tolerate it.
