What is the purpose of this trial?
VY1706 first in human study in early Alzheimer's Disease is a multicenter dose escalation study
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
This trial is for adults aged 55–80 with early Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment, who are otherwise in good health. People with a family history of inherited Alzheimer's can join from age 30. Participants must have stable medications and a reliable study partner.Inclusion Criteria
I am between 55 and 80, or 30 and 80 with a known inherited Alzheimer's mutation.
I have mild memory loss or early Alzheimer's disease.
I have been on a stable dose of my Alzheimer's medication for at least 8 weeks.

Exclusion Criteria
I have a history of serious heart or blood vessel disease.
I have HIV, hepatitis C, or current hepatitis B infection.
History within 1 year prior to screening of drug or alcohol abuse

Trial Overview
The study tests different doses (low, mid, high) of a new drug called VY1706 to find the safest dose for people with early Alzheimer's disease. It also includes blood tests to monitor immune response.
